On-Site Training Policy
- Client must pay prior to the start of the class for the number of participants expected and confirmed unless alternate arrangements have been made.
- Client must secure a location adequate to accommodate the number of students participating, consult with the thinkcpr to determine what is adequate.
- Client must secure a TV and DVD player in good working order with a remote control. Laptops and computer monitors are not adequate.
- Instructor travel outside the city of Sacramento and Yolo county is an additional $10.00 flat rate charge.
- Student manuals are required and are not refundable.
Each American Heart Association course offered includes a two-year certification card and textbook. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the American Heart Association and any fees charged for such a course do not represent income to the Association. Continuing Education Credit is not available for any course.
